2020年2月22日中午，浙江省嘉兴市南湖区新嘉街道集中留观点，机器人“小美”为隔离点的人员送餐。据悉“小美”是去年新嘉街道居家养老服务中心“聘”来为日托老人送餐送物的机器人。从1月29日开始，“小美”加入了街道志愿者队伍。
